Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to have a great experience with Takeout Fix. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, we'll work with you to resolve it. If we're unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within **7 days** of your purchase if:

  • Takeout Fix is unable to perform its advertised functionality due to a verified software issue.
  • Our support team is unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable time.
  • The purchase was made directly through Takeout Fix.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong plan.
  • Recoveries that completed successfully.
  • Unsupported or corrupted Google Takeout exports.
  • Issues caused by third-party software or modifications outside Takeout Fix.
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a support ticket through the Takeout Fix Support Center.
  2. Describe the issue and attach your processing log if available.
  3. Our team will investigate the issue and respond as quickly as possible.

Most refund requests are reviewed within **2–5 business days**.

5. Our Promise

Our goal is to solve your problem—not simply close your ticket. We'll make every reasonable effort to help you recover your metadata before considering a refund.
